I strive to present a product that captures a unique and engaging aspect of the subject. My “Artistic Perspective” has attracted clients looking to preserve memories of the following events and subjects: weddings, charity golf tournaments, religious ceremonies and the faces of loved ones.
I begin the memory making process of events by studying the actors and the actions comprising the occasion. Next I take a magnitude of pictures from which I can select the ones that define the core of the event. Defining moments are often seen most clearly in close exposure of facial expressions of the guests.
When creating portrait memories, I learn about the interests and dreams of the individual and imagine them in a favored or normal environment. My job then becomes one of capturing the facial expressions that would be seen of the person in their desired atmosphere.
The final step in preparing the memory is to select the display medium using an artistic view. For example, a 2-D print can be enhanced by using a well selected variation of metallic, canvas or satin paper.
There is also a multitude of 3-D enchantments that can be used to capture the moment. Engraved photo crystals, tote bags, and even neckties can be commemorative of someone or something.
